Minimum Order value is Rs. 250/- to get a delivery

We charge Rs. 4 per kilometer from the store’s location to the customer’s location for unsubscribed customers. For subscribed customers, home delivery is free.

Kriam health tries to deliver orders in same day or latest by next day. However, in case of any inventory challenges or holidays, deliveries may take time. We will try to make these delays as less as possible to keep customer commitments.

Delivery areas: Currently, we are providing deliveries where Kriam Health stores are present nearby so that deliveries can be done quickly.

Customer Communications: Kriam Health sends delivery notifications through WhatsApp when order is placed by the customer, when order is shipped from the store and when order is delivered. Customers can check the notifications for regular updates.
